The Process
Requirement Analysis
We start with what the part has to do. Loads, fit, operating environment, quantity, and budget. Constraints come first, and the geometry follows from them.
CAD Development
Geometry built around those constraints, dimensioned to tolerances the part can actually hold.
Prototype & Fit Test
Several design directions, printed and tested against the real requirement rather than argued about in a review meeting. Printing a candidate is cheap. Being wrong in production is not.
Engineering Release
Final CAD released as STEP and dimensioned drawings, plus the setup notes that go with it, covering material, orientation, and finishing. Whether we print it or you take it elsewhere, the files are yours.
