RD3 Technical Services LLC runs rd3services.com. This page explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have a question about any of it, email support@rd3services.com.
Information You Give Us
When you request a quote, the form sends us the details you enter.
- Your name, company, email address, and phone number
- Project details such as part use, quantity, timing, materials, and requirements
- Files you upload and any share links you include
Only your name and email are required. Everything else is up to you.
Information Collected Automatically
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It reports totals such as pages viewed, referring sites, and general device type. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and it does not track you across other websites. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cloudflare also hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse.
How We Use It
We use what you send to answer your request, prepare a quote, and do the work you hire us for. We may email or call you to follow up on that request. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell your information.
Where It Is Stored
Quote requests arrive by email and are recorded in a private spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account. Uploaded files are saved to a private folder in the same account.
When We Share It
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to run the site or to do the work.

How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests and project files as long as we need them to quote, complete, and support your work, and to keep normal business records. Ask us and we will delete your information, unless the law or our accounting requires us to keep it.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@rd3services.com and we will take care of it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or similar sensitive details through the form.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
